Business,
attended to.

One clear view of your recurring bills, deadlines and follow-ups. Know what’s due, catch what’s missing, and see it through.

Explore how it works

For the people keeping every location running.

A bill can be missing.
The responsibility isn’t.

A supplier forgets to send it. An attachment gets buried. Someone at another location assumes someone else has it.

Attenlo starts with what you expect to receive. That gives your team a way to spot the gap, assign the follow-up and keep a record of what happened.

See what needs
your attention.

Different situations need different next steps.

The expected bill stays visible even before a document arrives.

Notice the gap
before the deadline.

An empty inbox can hide an expected bill. Registering the obligation gives your team something concrete to follow up.

Expected first. Captured next.

This walkthrough uses synthetic examples. It illustrates the workflow; it does not access providers or verify a real payment.

One location.
Then the next.
Still in view.

Built around the handovers between owners, finance teams and the people on the ground.

For the owner

See which obligations need attention across your locations, and who is taking the next step.

For finance

Keep expected bills, review status and supporting evidence together when it’s time to check the record.

For location managers

Know what to follow up, where to add the bill and what evidence is still needed.

Attenlo’s direction is AI that helps with the work around a bill: reading documents, matching records and suggesting follow-ups.

These AI capabilities are planned. Today’s development version supports the core manual workflow, including recurring bills, assignments and evidence review.

A useful pilot starts with a real routine: one location, a small set of recurring bills and the person who handles them.

A few things
to know.

Can I use Attenlo today?

The application is an owner-private, synthetic-data pilot. Its manual bill and evidence workflow is working, but public signup and customer-data onboarding are not open. Read about pilot access, or log in if you already have access.

Does Attenlo pay bills for me?

No payment execution is connected. The current workflow records a payment claim and keeps it awaiting proof until a person reviews the supporting evidence.

Is the AI already available?

AI extraction, matching and suggested actions are on the roadmap. They are not connected in the current development version.

Will it replace our accounting software?

The proposed role is to help your team track expected obligations, handle exceptions and retain evidence alongside its existing accounting process.
