We already use accounting software. Why another tool?
attenlo focuses on the work around an expected bill: whether it arrived, who owns it, whether it was approved and where its payment record is. Your accounting software continues to handle your books. An accounting integration is not required to explore the manual workflow; automatic accounting sync is not available today.
Will this become another list my team has to maintain?
Start with one location and a small set of recurring bills. Add them manually or use CSV import, then give each one a responsible person. There is setup and ongoing review: the benefit to test is whether one shared record removes more chasing than it adds.
What can I actually use today?
Recurring records, manual and CSV entry, attached documents, owners, approval requests and payment-record review. AI assistance is planned. Provider fetching and Bharat Connect payment execution are not connected today.
Does attenlo pay bills or guarantee no late fees?
Your team still makes payments outside attenlo and checks the supporting receipt. attenlo helps keep missing bills and next actions visible so you can act in time. It cannot guarantee avoided fees or uninterrupted service.
Is the open beta really free?
Yes. You can try attenlo for free during open beta. The stated future price is ₹1,000 per user per month, only after explicit agreement. There is no automatic move to paid billing; beta duration and final paid-plan details will be communicated before any change.
How do I start?
Choose Try free to open attenlo.app and sign in. Marketing-demo choices and calculator inputs are not transferred to your account. Begin with a small workflow you can review with your team.
