From a bill that’s due to a payment that’s recorded.

Bharat Connect payments are in development at attenlo. The intended outcome is one continuous business workflow: expect a bill, collect the document, review it, obtain approval, complete an eligible payment and retain its record.

Why the payment layer matters

A tracking tool can tell a team that a bill is due. The team may still have to switch to a provider portal or payment app, repeat the details and bring the receipt back. attenlo’s roadmap aims to reduce that handoff for supported bills without losing approval and evidence controls.

Bharat Connect is a bill-payment ecosystem operated by NPCI Bharat BillPay Limited. Integration requires a supported participation or partner route and validation. attenlo is not claiming a direct NBBL relationship, certification or live access.

What works today

The owner-only test pilot supports expected bills, manual entry or CSV import, document review, responsible people, approval and recorded payments with checked receipts. The payment itself happens outside attenlo. No payment execution is connected.

A person checking a payment record does not mean a bank or payment provider independently confirmed settlement. A receipt still needs to match the right bill, location and period.

What must be true before this ships

The payment design must distinguish an attempt from a confirmed result. Pending, failed, uncertain and reversed outcomes need their own handling; a timeout must not prompt an unsafe duplicate payment. The bill, approval and payment evidence must stay linked.

Supported billers, categories, fees and availability depend on partner validation and implementation. Not every recurring obligation will be eligible: rent or an ad-hoc vendor obligation should not be presented as payable through the network without specific support.

Help shape the workflow, not a launch promise

We want to understand where business teams lose time between approval, payment and proof. Share your current process in an invitation request without sending bill contents or bank details.

There is no committed launch date, enabled payment flow or open customer signup. The current app remains owner-private and synthetic-data-only. Pricing for the current proposition is ₹1,000 per user per month; future payment charges have not been finalised.
